Training, exercise and sport have always been an integral part of my life. I have successfully competed in triathlons for over twenty years, in distances from sprint to half Ironman level as an age grouper. For the past eight years I have concentrated on road and mountain bike racing at state and national levels.

I have coached all sports I have been involved with, from ages 5 through to masters and am a qualified Level One cricket coach and Level Two hockey coach. I love working with people of all ages motivating and empowering them to achieve beyond their personal fitness and exercise goals.

My personal experience with FTP began as a masters client, so I am able to bring an intimate knowledge of the FTP program from this perspective.
