These custom-built training programs are designed for the rider who has the normal heavy time constraints of everyday life, but, don’t wish to take on a personalised coaching/training package with FTP Training. This type of rider never the less wants to improve their performance and take their fitness and racing to the next level.
These plans are based on power and heart rate and are geared specifically to particular category riders. It is important when taking on one of these programs to accurately complete the questionnaire with a much detail as possible so the FTP Training consultant can prescribe the correct duration and intensity of workouts.
If you are just starting out these custom built plans provide a personalised program built and designed around your exact needs and goals and allow for further upgrade and continuation down the line. If the space is available on the roster over the course of a season you may be able to move up and on to more challenging supported Bronze, Silver or Gold programs.
Each custom built plan will contain alternate rainy day sessions to be completed on the ergo or turbo trainer and specific skills based sessions for the particular target event.
Consultations, either via telephone or skype, can be arranged to support these custom built training programs.
A basic custom built plan for 12 weeks with one consultation will cost $200
