2010 Training camps are now available to book. There will be a male camp from Sunday 12th to Friday 17th of September and a female camp from Sunday 5th to Friday 10th September, both held in the beautiful Southern Highlands/Kangaroo Valley area. The accomodation will be in cabins at Twin Falls near Fitzroy Falls. Please click on the orange link below to bring the Camp booking form/questionnaire up. Fill this in and send back to us via email or snail mail along with your deposit of $200 to secure your place.
These camps are cutting edge and based upon a lot of the philosophies and methodologies used by National and Professional teams along with all the support and technological backup. This does not mean that as a weekend warrior you are not able to get the full benefits of these camps as we will cater for a variety of riders. A guideline to a minimum level we are looking for to attend the camp is to have competed in at least a few 100km races.

Recent 100km race 'Capital Punishment' again saw some great results for FTP Training riders. Up and coming rider to take note of is Becky Mates. Becky has only been racing in MTB a few months and already she is smashing it up amongst the best of them - even dropping many good male riders out on course at the weekend. She finished second with an amazing first ever 100km race time of 5hrs and 41 mins. Olympic hopeful indeed.
Another Olympic hopeful Josh (Weasley) Carlson unleashed some more tang by winning the 50Km race in great style. He then flew down to compete in the Chase the Sun series with his Giant team mates. Josh took out 'fastest lap' of the day to add to the two fastest laps he took at the recent Chocolate Foot 8 Hour in Nowra. Josh is getting ready to go to Europe to compete in some World cups.
