Cycling gear clothing
For all temperatures, nicks, jersey’s, leg and arm warmers, waterproofs, overshoes, cycling shoes, gloves, helmet, glasses.
Cycling gear technical
Fully serviced and functional road bike, spare tyres, tubes, pumps, CO2 gas, tyre levers, puncture repair kits, drinks bottles; power meters/heart rate monitors.
For the evening lecture
Pen & pad for notes during lecture (a print out will be provided of lecture)

9.00 am arrive, meet greet and briefing for the camp
10.00am – 1pm Power Based Testing to establish training camp training zones.
1pm lunch
2.00 – 5.00pm afternoon training session (easy spin sort out groups, bike fit)
6.30pm dinner
8.00 – 10.00pm informal evening (outline training camp and seminars)

8.30 – 11.30 morning ride (3 x Super FTP Intervals incorporated into 70 – 100km Hilly Ride groups split into ability levels)
12.00pm lunch
2.30 – 4.30pm afternoon ride (recovery ride with high cadence spin)
6.30pm dinner
8.00 – 9.30pm evening lecture on “Training Science & Philosophy Explained”

3pm afternoon ride (90 minute recovery ride with high cadence spin)
